Tiffy's First Ever Holiday ........The Journey

The Journey

after a four hour drive,

we're near our destination.....check out

also known as "The Pearl of the Orient"

the long 13.5km (8.4mi) bridge that we had to cross over
from mainland Malaysia ....to
Penang

CoCo's under the towel so i have to
keep watch.....

she's still sleeping...talk about being jaded, ha 
so it's up to me
to keep the hoomans awake....

Tiffy:  oooh, what's this???

CoCo:  that's a temple in Georgetown,

mumster:  be niiiiice, CoCo...

Muntri Mews which used to be a stables and
then a garage for the grandest cars long  before
we or our hoomans were born...

Tiffy:  i'm sooooo excited .....

CoCo:  do tune in tomorrow for moooooore.......

Oh what a pawsome trip! I have to agree with you Tiffy, Coco does seem to be a bit jaded. She must see herself as such a pup of the world by now.

I can hardly wait to see how much fun you all had on your vaca!

I love that your hotel was originally a stable and then renovated. It is extraordinarily lovely! Is this your first visit to Penang Island? I think I've heard of the Pearl of the Orient but I have no idea where I heard about it. Now I will always know where it is and what it looks like if it ever comes up again.

Chester is right, the foods are different but I would be willing to try them. I'm sure I would like them better than a Big Mac (yuck!) but not sure if I would like them better than pizza (YUM!!!)

Enjoy your vacation and give velvety kisses to those sweet little traveling ladies. I love that they are able to go with you!
